TERMS & CONDITIONS
The CISCO Companies is a full-service distributor serving Midwestern independent retailers. Based in Indianapolis, Indiana, we supply over 2000 independent businesses with a wide range of products, including seed, lawn and garden supplies, horticulture and agriculture goods, and much more.

CISCO POLICIES(PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)
1. CREDIT POLICY
Credit will be extended only to those customers who have a pre-approved credit application on file. To request a credit application, please contact CISCO at (800)888-2986. This form must be filled out completely, with adequate references and signed by an officer of the company agreeing to our terms. If credit has not been pre-approved, payment is required upon delivery. If we do sell on open account, our terms are NET 30 DAYS from date of invoice. Invoices not paid within the above terms will be charged a 2% per month (24% per year) finance charge at the end of each month on all unpaid Invoices from the previous months. Accounts not paid within 60 days will be sold only on a COD basis until current, and credit has been re-established.
2. DATING TERMS
When available, dating terms will be extended to customers whose account has been paid in accordance with our credit policy. No dating will be given to a past due account. Accounts must remain current for CISCO to honor dating terms. The invoice is due on the dating date (i.e. May 1 dating means NET DUE May 1. Prices will revert back to normal catalog prices if the invoice is not paid by the due date). Bookings for spring deliveries that have special dating terms and special pricing must be delivered by our early booking terms of February 28.
3. PRICING
Merchandise will be priced on date of order entry unless previously quoted a firm price by CISCO. Prices are subject to changewithout notice.
4. CASE LOTS
Prices quoted are based on purchases in case lots. Breaking full case only products is not permitted. A 50% restocking fee will be applied on returned broken cases. Products sold in FULL CASES ONLY are highlighted in the catalog with a gray bar.
5. DELIVERY POLICY
Freight is prepaid if minimum orders are met. If an order does not meet the minimum we reserve the right to ship the order via UPS at the dealer’s expense. See the following pages for the delivery day for your area. Orders must be phoned or faxed in by 1:30pm two days before delivery, or we cannot guarantee delivery that week. Fuel surcharge will apply; consult your customer service rep for the current rate. Customer is responsible for unloading truck and must have equipment to unload. Driver is only responsible for having product at back of truck.
6. DAMAGED or MISSING PRODUCT
If there is any damaged or missing product on an order the dealer receives and is not noticed at the time of delivery, the dealer has one business day to report the damaged or missing product in order not to be billed for that item. Please inspect all deliveries as soon as they are received.
7. UPS SHIPMENTS
If merchandise is shipped via UPS, the shipping charge will be added to the dealer’s invoice. UPS shipments will be made in original cartons.
8. RETURN GOODS POLICY
Products may be returned only with prior CISCO approval. Merchandise will only be accepted in clean original containers, in saleable condition. All returns are subject to a handing fee, up to 20%. No returns will be accepted on: -special order items-feed ingredients, bird feed, & pet food/treats after 60 days from date of purchase-seed
9. BACKORDER POLICY
Backorders will not be shipped unless they are bookings or special orders that may include special pricing and/or dating terms.If you want to re-order backorders call your customer service representative. 10.
